Oh by the way I'm almost off the injured list!! Sheesh at least I could run thoes 5 miles with you in little or no pain..!! Hey 5 miles in 1 hour wasn't too bad.. right...!! eick... Kick boxing kicked my ass last night too.. but feeling good today!
