For Daniel's Sixth Birthday he wanted to go to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor so we all loaded up our beach bags, grabbed our season passes, and went for those water slides on a hot summer July day! Isaac even got to ditch the first day of summer school since he is the big brother!
Marcie told him he could be "The Boss" for the day, and while that didn't really go over too well, fun was had by all! I am so happy we live so close to a water park, and i am sure the kids are too, especially since it was 100 degrees outside. I only went down one slide, a family slide, but watching the kids was great! 
When the day was done, we came home and Daniel got the ice cream cake of his dreams! Who could ask for more!? Cool slides, cool cake, and a cool kid! What a day!
