insomnia sucks!

years and years and years ago i used to have incredibly bad insomnia and then it just went away. but recently, it is back. i just cannot fall asleep. it is making me crazy! and then when i do finally get to sleep i have these dreams that are so biZarre i find myself looking them up for meanings. one that i have had about 5 times now is about a rat that seems to be my pet and then ends up attacking me. not a regular rat- its this half stuffed animal half reality rat. so strange. well. for those of you that can sleep tonight- i hope that you have rat free dreams...... good night.
